Gazstroydetal is certified for compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System since 2005. The facility is certified for compliance with Integrated Management System since 2010 proven by certificates of compliance with the requirements of quality, ecological and OHSAS management systems: ISO 9001:2015 (GOST R ISO 9001-2015), ISO 14001:2015 (GOST R ISO 14001-2016) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (GOST R ISO 54934-2012/ OHSAS 18001:2007).
Our current IMS effective since 2010 is also certified for compliance with Gazprom Industry Standard (STO Gazprom 9001).
The IMS covers all Gazstroydetal’s divisions, all stages and all main activities of the facility, including engineering, development, manufacture of fittings, apparatus and pressure vessels, packaged equipment, gas distribution skids and shell& tube heat exchangers.
We have developed the IMS as the tool to implement our Quality Policy, pursuant to the Purposes of Incorporation and ensures compliance with the requirements of quality, occupational and environmental safety, while allowing achieve the objectives of IMS and ensuring our products comply with customer requirements and are safe rom operational and environmental point of view.
Gazstroydetal has all necessary tools and personnel to follow the IMS requirements, while top management is responsible for providing the required resources and data.
Planning within the IMS is effected based on the review of internal environment, with respect to revealed risks and opportunities.
IMS Compliance procedures are identified in the applicable Guidelines.
IMS documents describe the processes and interaction between the processes, and set forth the criteria and methods necessary to ensure efficient functioning and control.
Our management is committed to continuously analysis of processes within IMS seeking ways to improve and targeting the weak points.
All and any action to resolve actual or potential challenges and bring improvement to the IMS is taken, both corrective and preventative, addressing risks and opportunities based on current risk assessment and constantly developed improvement methods.
